The park has sufficient lighting for night activity, however if you require electric it is available on a first
come first serve basis, as spaces with electric are limited.

Saturday Sept.29: 11am-11pm
Sunday Sept.30: Noon-5pm
Payment must be made in full as spaces are limited and they will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
Booths are set up in quads.
There is overnight security from Wednesday night to Sunday morning.
Any items left in your booth are at your own risk.
Please list all the items you wish to sell so that we may assign a booth that would best suit your needs.
If you require your booth to face a certain direction please make a note on your appliction.
Note: No Marshmallow Guns Allowed.
PRODUCTS-List all products that you intend to sell. If items are not listed we will tell you to remove them.

If additional room is required, list on a separate paper and attach to the application.
DEADLINE IS AUGUST 1, 2012 OR WHEN FULL. There will be a late fee if received after the deadline
of $35.00. All applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. We have a limited number
of spaces and when they are gone you will be put on the waiting list. Please note the dates may change
and hours might change . However once you have been accepted , you will be notified of any changes.
No refunds given after September 1.
A photo of your booth is required with your application and payment. Photos will be returned in your
welcome packet.
All booths are 10 x 10 and you are required to supply your own canopy weights, tables and chairs.
All canopies must be staked into the ground or have weights.
Once your application has been accepted you will be sent a confirmation. With an email address your
confirmation will be sent within 30 days of receipt of your application and payment in full. Enclose 1self
address stamped envelope for setup packet.
